A number of the more experienced Order Members in the US, Canada and the UK have committed to support men who are training for Ordination. They have committed to coming on Going for Refuge retreats and providing kalyana mitrata i.e. spiritual friendship. The team members who are based in the US and Canada participate in center and regional retreats also.
